Week 1 - 1 minute skipping
Week 2 - 2 x 1 minute (1 minute rest between)
Week 3 - 2 x 2 minutes (1 minute rest between)
Week 4 - 3 x 2 minutes (1 minute rest between)
Remember to take rest days!
